1. Is Upi a trading company or a factory?
Upi is a factory with over 20 years of experience in operation. We have multiple departments with different production processes and a dedicated international trade department. We rely on our professional technical advantages and complete supply chain to provide you with the most competitive services.

2. What information do I need to request a quote from Upi?
Please provide drawings of your part, material requirements, hardness treatment requirements, surface treatment requirements, dimensional tolerances, quality requirements, and production schedule, etc.

3. What file formats can Upi accept for drawings?
We accept the following drawing formats: STP, IGS, DXF, DWG, PDF, CDR, AI (preferably STP or IGS). If you are unable to provide drawings, please provide samples so that we can verify pricing and product development.

4. Does Upi provide samples free of charge? How long does it take to produce a sample?
If we have ready-made samples that meet the requirements, they are free of charge, but shipping costs apply (samples are sent within 24 hours). For customized samples, we charge for the sample and shipping costs and refund the sample cost when you place your order (sample preparation time is usually 7-14 days, depending on the complexity of the part).

5. What is Upi's quotation method?
We usually provide quotes based on EXW, FOB, CIF, DDU and DDP terms.

6. How long is the quotation lead time for Upi?
For general projects, you can expect us to complete a quote within 24 hours or less upon receiving all the necessary quote elements. For complex projects, we may take up to 48 hours to prepare your quote.

7. What is the production time for my order?
The production lead time will be determined by your technical requirements and the quantity ordered. We will provide an estimated production lead time in the quotation.

8. How is Upi's packaging done?
Typically, we use cardboard boxes, wooden crates, or pallets for outer packaging. Each part is individually packed using materials such as paper, PE bags, or PET blister trays. We can also customize the packaging according to your requirements.

9. How does Upi guarantee quality?
We possess multiple measuring devices to fulfill the dimension and performance testing requirements of our products. Our production standards are established based on technical drawings and the approved samples signed before the commencement of production.

10. What after-sales service does Upi offer?
We take responsibility for the quality of the manufactured parts. If there are quality issues with our parts, we promise to provide free rework, exchange, or refund for returned goods.

11. How does Upi protect trade secrets?
We highly recommend entering into a confidentiality agreement with us. We rigorously uphold the terms of the agreement, and any breaches will result in legal consequences.
