Guide for Overseas Buyers at the 135th Canton Fair

**Procurement Documentation:**

The fair advocates for overseas buyers to "pre-register (pre-apply for documentation) and remotely process certification in advance." Prior to arriving at the fairground, it's advisable to obtain your buyer card from remote processing points such as the Canton Fair's Hong Kong Office, Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport, Guangzhou Pazhou Port, and designated hotels.

**Early Registration:**

Overseas buyers must possess valid procurement documentation for entry. The Canton Fair Overseas Buyer Card is reusable across multiple sessions; holders of previous editions can directly access the fair without reapplication.

**Eligibility and Pre-Registration:**

Overseas buyers holding foreign passports, Hong Kong/Macao Home Return Permits, Taiwan Compatriot Permits, Chinese passports with overseas permanent residence permits/visas, or Chinese passports (with valid work visas exceeding one year) can apply for the Canton Fair Overseas Buyer Card.

Method 1: Please scan the QR code below to obtain the electronic receipt for pre-registration. This method is applicable for applying for the first document, applying for a replacement in case of loss or forgetting to bring the buyer's card, and applying for a replacement due to personal reasons.

Method 2: Log in to the Canton Fair official website BEST platform (https://invitation.cantonfair.org.cn/), select ""Pre-registration,"" and upon successful pre-application, obtain the pre-application receipt for the buyer's card. This method is applicable for applying for the first buyer's card.

1. Original valid overseas personal identification documents (foreign passport, Hong Kong/Macao Home Return Permit, Taiwan Compatriot Permit, Chinese passport with overseas permanent residence permit/visa).

2. Pre-registration electronic or paper receipt.

3. Company business card.

- Remote Overseas Buyer Processing Points: Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport, designated hotels in Guangzhou, Pazhou Port in Guangzhou, and the Canton Fair's Hong Kong Office.

- On-site at Canton Fair venues: Accepting all categories of overseas buyers for documentation processing.

Four on-site overseas buyer registration points are available at Zones B, C, and D of the Canton Fair venue. These points cater to overseas buyers with valid foreign passports, Hong Kong/Macao Home Return Permits, Taiwan Compatriot Permits, Chinese passports with overseas permanent residence permits/visas, or Chinese passports with valid work visas exceeding one year.

**Service Locations:**

- Canton Fair Venue Zone B: Near exits A/B of Pazhou Station on Guangzhou Metro Line 8.

- Canton Fair Venue Zone C: Near exit C of Pazhou Station on Guangzhou Metro Line 8.

- Canton Fair Venue Zone D: Near exit A of Xin'gangdong Station on Guangzhou Metro Line 8.

**Service Hours:**

For Phase 1: From April 12t mence from 10:30 to 18:00 on April 22nd, and from 8:30 to 18:00 for the rest of the days in Phase 2.
